Quality

Quality Policy has always been a part of the Company's strategy. It resulted in implementing in 2009 in GerProp the Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2008 with regards to management, supervision and consulting in investment processes.

GerProp scope of activities has been extended for additional services i.e. Property Management in 2010. In July this year the Company obtained an extension of the certificate of this activity as a result of an audit conducted by the supervision TÜV Rheinland Polska Sp. z o. o.

Each year through subsequent audits and extension of the ISO certificate TÜV Rheinland confirms the effective implementation of the quality policy as well as proper performance of the system according to ISO requirements and procedures.

Every 3 years TÜV Rheinland carry out renewing audits for the company.

The Quality Management System is open to ensure its development, addressing important needs of the users and meeting the requirements of dynamically growing company.

The System stimulates the improvement of the quality of our services. Through increased satisfaction of the clients it supports further growth and improvement of economic results.

Periodical internal audits confirm proper execution of system processes and providing the services of required quality in accordance with the relevant quality standards and procedures contained in the respective norm.

Our quality control activities carried out by order of our clients are based upon our international experience gained on such demanding markets as USA, Germany and other European countries. Through our service we ensure that projects supervised by GerProp meet the requirements of Polish and European quality standards.
